At Bacon-n-Bourbon, our weekly menu is already bringing the heat—from Dry-Rubbed Bacon-n-BBQ Ribs to Seafood-Stuffed Poblano Peppers and those legendary Chicken Enchiladas with Green Sauce.

But let’s be real: no great barbecue experience is complete without the perfect drink to wash it all down.

🍋 Lavender Lemonade

Floral and tangy, this one cools you down and makes your taste buds smile.
Recipe:

  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 4 cups cold water

  • 2 tsp dried culinary lavender (steeped in 1/2 cup hot water, strained)
    Mix and chill. Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of lavender.

🥭 Mango-Chili Lemonade

Sweet mango with a whisper of heat—perfect with BBQ.
Recipe:

  • 1 cup mango puree

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup agave

  • 1/2 tsp Tajín or chili-lime seasoning

  • 3 cups cold water
    Shake well and serve over ice with a chili-rimmed glass.

Recipe:

  • 4 black tea bags

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • Handful of mint
    Steep tea with peaches and mint, chill and strain. Serve with fresh peach slices.

🌶️ Blackberry Hibiscus Jalapeño Tea

Tart berries meet floral hibiscus and just a kiss of heat.
Recipe:

  • 2 hibiscus tea bags

  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 1 tsp agave

  • 1 small slice of fresh jalapeño
    Steep, chill, and serve with ice and lime.
